Founder and CEO
Eran Dor brings nearly two decades of financial leadership and a broad, 360° view of business. His expertise spans financial strategy, business model development, fundraising and scaling, alongside extensive experience supporting companies through M&A, exits and IPOs. Eran works closely with founders, CEOs and boards, connecting the numbers with the bigger business picture to guide complex decisions and build companies for sustainable growth and long-term value.

Uzi Baruch
Partner, Investor Relations
Uzi Baruch brings over 20 years of experience at the intersection of finance, business development and the technology ecosystem, including senior leadership roles at KPMG. His expertise combines financial and business advisory with a deep understanding of capital, investors and growth opportunities. At Real Numbers, Uzi works closely with founders and management teams, connecting financial strategy with the right people and opportunities to help companies move forward and grow.
